Wiz Kahlifa's Rolling Papers debuted at No. 2 with sales of 197,000 copies in the first week. This album has plenty of catchy hooks like "Black and Yellow, and "Roll Up" but not much lyrics. Rolling Papers has a very limited amount of topics making the next song almost predictable. Rolling Papers features artist such as Too short, Chevy woods and Currensy. I give Wiz Kahlifa's "Rolling Papers"  2.5/5 Mics.
