Kendrick Lamar: Good Kid, M.A.A.D City

Kendrick Lamar's Good Kid M.A.A.D City album debuted at No. 2 on the billboard charts selling 242,000 copies in it's first week. Kendrick earned four Grammy Award nominations at the 56 Grammy awards including Album of the year. Growing up on the mean streets of Compton California can have an affect on any innocent soul. Kendrick tells stories of his childhood as a good kid influenced by his environment. Everything from beats, story telling to skits are on point on this album. Plenty of relateable Songs like "The Art of peer pressure" and "Sherane" takes me back to my youth. There is no denying that this album is a classic. I give Kendrick Lamar's "Good kid M.A.A.D city" 5/5 Mics

Recommended Tracks "Money Trees" and "The Art Of Peer Pressure"
